TVguide.com had CBS’s fall premiere schedule listed today. After looking at it, I decided to make my own list of premieres I want to see and also the date certain DVDs go on sale. I thought I’d share it in case anyone else was interesting in these shows too. If you know the date of any of the ones with question marks, please let me know. My tongue is sore. Okay, minds out of the gutter, people! I think I must bite the side of my tongue when I'm sleeping. Oww. In other news, (lol) I spent the day with my mom. We went shopping at JCPenny's, Target and Meijers than we went to Cracker Barrel. Yum! I bought a Life game for the computer and I'm very disappointed. It's not like the regular game, in this one you have to perform tasks and you get points for how fast you do them. First task? Get brother a cup of coffee. Yeah right, let him get his own damn coffee. Oh, and later you have to pick up his cup and put it in the dishwasher. Fun fun! So that was a waste of $20. Guess I should look closer at the box next time. I had a Life game before that I loved but the disc cracked. ) :

Have you seen the movie Shelter? OMG! You have got to see it. It is so good. I knew Brad Rowe looked familiar but I couldn't place him so I looked him up on IMDB and he's been on all 3 CSIs. No wonder I recognized him. He also reminds me of Sebastian Spence for reasons unknown.

I've gotten hooked on two more shows, Six Feet Under and Brothers & Sisters. I absolutely adore David on SFU. Yeah, I don't know what it is about guys named David, can't think of any I don't like. ( :

They are finally going to release Nash Bridges on DVD! I'm so excited. I've been waiting for them to release it since back when they releasing VHS instead of DVD. Other releases I'm happy about are SGA (July 8th) and the movie Save Me (Feb.) Now if only On The Other Hand, Death and Ice Blues would be released, I'd be so happy. Doesn't take much, does it?

Gosh, I didn't realize it had been so long since I wrote in here. If I'd waited till tomorrow it would have been a month! Let's see, what's happened in the last mouth. Oh, I have started going to Curves. (YAY me!) As you may remember, my friend and I decide to join together. We went maybe 4 or 5 times, then she pulled a muscle and hasn't been back. I decided I was going to make myself go even though going alone terrifies me. Turns out its not nearly as bad as I thought. The second time I went alone, the place was empty except for the lady working there. I was freaking out but she stayed on the phone almost the whole time so she didn't really try to talk to me. Thank god! I guess that soundds weird but that's me.

I finally got my new glasses (another experience that I'm not fond of). I don't know if anyone wears glasses but if you do let me ask you a question. When you first get new ones, doesn't it seem like things are really closer? It takes me eyes a day or so to adjust. I've told that to some of my family members and they look at me like I'm nuts. I feel taller too, but that's probably just me. ( :

Well, I'm off again this summer except for a day here and there. Hopefully I can get some of the things done I've been putting off. Who believes that?

And it's really confusing me. I keep thinking it's Friday. I was looking to see what was on tv tonight and I saw CSINY. What the heck is that doning on on Friday, I thought. Duh, it's Wednesday, you idiot.
Speaking of Friday (the real one, not the one in my head), my friend and I are supposed to go to Curves. We'll see how that goes. The last time we tried to go? Big snow storm.
I realize I haven't been around much this past week or so but I've been busy preparing fics for the tim_don_a_thon I ended up posting 6 fics! Most are pretty short though. If you're interested in reading any of them, you can find them here.
Not a whole lot else has been going on. Oh, I did have this nice converstion when I went to the eye doctor a few days ago

Talk about making me feel good! I didn't even mind the eye drops after that.

Well, today started off different. I had just gotten out of bed and I heard this loud noise. I had no idea what it was and even if I tried never, ever in a millon years would I have guessed an earthquake. Yes, an earthquake in Kentucky! The epicenter was in Illnois but most people I've talk to felt it here. I didn't feel the shaking but the noise scared me enough. My niece said all the stuff on her dresser shook. So that was an exciting start to the day. Anyone else hear or feel it? Last I heard, no one was seriously injured so that's a blessing.

I have these three cds in my cd player that I've been listening to for at least 2 weeks because I haven't taken the time to take them out and put in new ones. Nothing lazy about me. ( : When I get my tax rebate I'm going to get an ipod. I can hardly wait.

I'm trying to decide between two series to start watching, Six Feet Under or Battlestar Galactia. Thoughts? Suggestions? I admit that when I first heard they were remaking BG I wasn't thrilled. As a kid I loved the original BG, I even had posters of Richard Hatch & Dirk Benidict on my walls. So I figured the remake would suck but a lot of people seem to like it so I'm thinking of giving it a try. Besides, anything with Edward James Olmos is worth having a look at.

I think I'll go watch Doctor Who. The Sci Fi channal is showing a new episode tonight.

TVGuide.com is reporting that Gary Dourdan is leaving CSI when his contract expires.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, Warrick's never been one of my favorite character but on the other how many of their main characters can they afford to lose before people stop watching?

I also don't see why they have to bring in another character. Why don't they just expand Eric Szmanda's role?
